Corina Qaaġraq Kramer has provided transformative strategic planning for Indigenous-serving entities for over a decade and has worked directly with youth for over 25 years. As she works with outside partners, she advocates for equitable & sovereign community-led work. Corina has successfully developed in-house programs and leads external partnership programs. As a researcher, PI, and grant reviewer, Corina guides grant writers to successful community-based funding proposals. She leads weekly team-building cultural exercises, and is a speaker and lecturer for courses, academic training videos, and webinars, teaching the integration of Iñupiaq values into western business, ethics, education, research, and health practices. Corina has been a media producer, publication author, book editor, panelist, and presenter for various projects which promote cultural understanding, healthy lifestyles, and address the global and social issues affecting Inuit.

Although our work starts with an Iñupiaq point-of-view, many of the philosophies and practical guidance are applicable to many North American tribes and beyond.  It’s always important to understand and integrate the values and ways of the local tribes you are serving.

Mumik offers both in-person and online consulting services. It’s important to visit with and speak directly with the people who work in your organization or are living in communities directly impacted by your organization’s work. Depending on the type consultation needed, consultations could be either, or might be a combination of online and in-person work.
